1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online store cbnaturals.de. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is placed and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded only upon our explicit confirmation or by dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders above €40 within Germany. Details about shipping costs and delivery times are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment

Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment options offered during the checkout process. Your account will be charged upon order completion.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days without stating a reason. You can find details and instructions in our Withdrawal Policy.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the case of defective products, you are entitled to request rectification (replacement or repair) as provided by law.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability for damages due to injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
