1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
3. Exercising Your Right

4. Consequences of Withdrawal
- We will refund all payments including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery method) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
- We will use the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed; no fees will apply.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
5. Returning Goods
You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return.
6. Exclusions
The right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., opened oil bottles).
