This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order — plus how returns work. All rates are shown in euros (€).
Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel is handed to DHL.
1) Shipping Methods
DHL Paket (Germany & International)
- Tracked, insured (Germany: up to €500).
- Delivery estimates: DE 1–3 business days; EU 2–5; non-EU 5–12+ (customs may extend).
DHL Kleinpaket (Germany)
- Up to 1 kg, max 35.3 × 25 × 8 cm.
- Economical option; basic tracking where available.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates from DHL and may vary due to peak seasons, weather, or customs. Weight includes product + packaging.

Warenpost is suitable for small/light parcels up to 1 kg. Tracking availability depends on destination.
5) Delivery & Address Notes
- Cut-off & processing: Orders placed after 12:00 noon (CET/CEST) are typically processed the next business day.
- Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect parcels after dispatch.
- PO Boxes & Packstation: DHL Packstation delivery is supported within Germany (please include your Postnummer).
- Undeliverable parcels: If returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping costs apply.
- Customs: Non-EU shipments may incur duties/taxes payable by recipient. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
6) Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of delivery estimate with:- Order number, photos of the parcel/product (for damage claims), and the shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
7) Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. See our full Right of Withdrawal.Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Fees
- Germany: €2.00–€4.00
- International: €4.00–€10.00
We can provide a return label at the above discounted rates and deduct the fee from your refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@cbnaturals.de with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with the return label and packing instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back within 14 days from approval.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 5–8 days after inspection to the original payment method.8) Return Request Form
