Domestic Shipping

We ship orders within 24 hours, and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days after shipping. Standard delivery to an address in Germany costs €4.25 per order. Free delivery is available for orders of 45 euros or more. DHL is our trusted shipping partner.

International Shipping

Order processing and distribution typically occur within 24 hours of an order being placed. We ship orders to EU and EEA countries through DHL. The cost of shipping depends on the country in which the item will be delivered. Below is the delivery price for the following countries:

Delivery to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxemburg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland costs €13.96 per order.

Delivery to Andorra, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Sweden, San Marino, and the United Kingdom costs €14.95 per order.

Each order costs €15.60 to be delivered to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, and Romania.

Prices quoted are in euros and exclude value-added tax (VAT).

Returns

All orders outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance and fees, which are covered by the buyer.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of used and opened products without tags and original packaging. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
